Does additional work increase delivery time?

Yes. Every additional revision, section, or page adds 1 business day to the timeline. All delivery dates are estimates — should technical complexity arise, I will communicate any shifts immediately.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your goals, a list of sections/pages, content (text and images), branding assets (logo/colors), and example sites you like. For deployment, I'll need access to your DNS settings.

Do you provide hosting or domain purchase?

No. Clients purchase these separately. I offer a DNS + Deployment add-on where I handle the technical configuration to get your site live and secure.

Will my website work on mobile and tablets?

Yes. Every build is fully responsive and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports.

Do you offer backend features like login systems?

Yes. Authentication, databases, and CMS integrations are included in the Enterprise tier. For complex logic or custom architecture, check Specialized Services or reach out directly.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund before work begins. 50% refund within 48 hours of kickoff. No refund after the first deliverable is shared. See the Refund Policy page for full details.

How does the deposit work?

For projects $500 and above, you pay 50% upfront to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery and your approval.

Can I upgrade my tier mid-project?

Yes. If your needs grow during development, you can upgrade to a higher tier. You'll only pay the price difference between the two tiers. Delivery timeline will be adjusted accordingly.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance or support after delivery?

Ongoing maintenance is not included by default. After final delivery and approval, the project is considered complete. For post-launch support, bug fixes, or feature additions, you can purchase additional services separately.

Can I request a custom quote for something not listed?

Absolutely. If your project doesn't fit neatly into a tier or specialized service, reach out via the Contact page with your requirements and I'll provide a custom quote within 1–2 business days.

What technologies do you use?

What payment methods do you accept?

How do we communicate during the project?

All project communication happens via email. After purchase, I'll reach out to schedule a kickoff and establish a communication cadence. Updates, feedback rounds, and deliverables are all shared through email.
